We are pleased to introduce a new Occupational Accident program providing independent dump truck owner-operators, who are under long-term contract to a motor Carrier, the opportunity to purchase occupational accident insurance that may have been excluded from Coverage under the motor carrier's Workers' Compensation policy. While this is NOT Workers' Compensation Insurance, coverage may be less than half the cost of it.

The following STANDARD PLAN benefits are included:

Accidental Death & Accidental Dismemberment

Pays benefits for Death & Dismemberment caused by a covered occupational accident.

Temporary Total Disability

Short-term coverage which pays benefits to owner-operators who are unable to perform the duties of their own occupation as a result of a covered occupational injury.

Continuous Total Disability

Long-term coverage which pays benefits to owner-operators after temporary total disability ends.

Accident Medical Expense

Benefits payable for usual and customary medical charges incurred as result of an occupational injury. Accidental Death Benefit (Policy can be assigned for final expenses).

Critical Illness Coverage:

Heart Attack; Severe Burns; Stroke; Cancer; Paralysis; Kidney Failure Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Major Organ Transplant; Loss of sight or Hearing.
